The hotel was fairly clean and we had a clean room. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting at the lobby during breakfast. the location was favorable in the middle of Jackson and the staff here was pleasant and excellent. Additionally, it was right by a shopping mall.

I would have loved to see more assistance available for senior guests, particularly with carrying luggage or navigating the stairs. Although the children working there were friendly, they seemed overwhelmed at times and may benefit from some additional support.

We stayed at Dworek in a very pleasant atmosphere. the rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was welcoming. Although we didn't have breakfast, we found the hotel to be neat and tidy. One suggestion for improvement would be to have an electric kettle and a small fridge in the room. After traveling for miles, it would be nice to have hot water and a place to store food, especially since the hotel is located in an area where everything closes early in the evening.
